Drama Facilitator
Caitlin is an actor, theatre maker and writer and she has been working with the Ariel Trust since 2018.
She started delivering drama workshops to accompany our resources in Merseyside schools and moved onto managing projects and revamping our teaching training offer. Amongst other things, Caitlin creates and delivers online interactive training sessions to help teachers feel at ease with our resources.
Known as our Data Queen, Caitlin loves being creative with the resources and ideas, connecting research with reality and hearing from teachers and young people about their experiences. In fact, she's currently gathering case studies about how our work has helped young people, families and teachers - so get in touch if you have anything to tell her!
Her favourite thing is when she sees a young person independently come out with a heartfelt, unexpected statement in a role play, because they are often finding their voice to say something profoundly true that you would never think of yourself... but also with amazing comic timing!
In her spare time Caitlin obsesses over history, gardening and seeing new pieces of theatre.
Caitlin is a fabulous member of the team!
