The CyberSense resource was deisgned to support young people to develop skills and strategies that will keep them safe online. The issues covered are universal and Ariel's partners at the Evens Foundation agreed to support a project aimed at exploring how the resource could be translated and adapted for use in other European countries. Ariel worked with partners to develop new versions of the resource in Polish and Flemish. Two different approaches were used; the Belgium partners, Pimento and Mediawijs, re-voiced the original animations whilst the Polish partner, TEA, used their own animator to give the animations a fresh look.
Both partners are currently evaluating their customised sites in local schools and initial feedback is very promising. You can access the sites and contact partners at cybersenseeurope.eu
